We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support the President in managing internal operations, external communications, and strategic initiatives. This role will serve as a high‑level project manager and executive partner, helping drive efficiency, organization, and accountability across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities
Manage the President’s day‑to‑day priorities, including calendar, travel, logistics, and meeting preparation
Coordinate cross‑functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables, proposals, and contracts
Track internal and client‑facing priorities, and maintain accountability on follow‑ups and execution
Lead and support special projects at the direction of the President
Represent the President in internal and external communications as appropriate
Travel regularly with the President to manage logistics and ensure continuity across engagements
Requirements
4‑8 years of experience in government affairs, consulting, campaigns, or a fast‑paced operations role
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to manage up and anticipate needs
Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities and extensive travel
High level of discretion, reliability, and professional judgment
Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or operations leadership role
Background in government affairs, lobbying, political consulting, or as a Chief of Staff is a plus
