Responsibilities Maintain strong, professional relationships with multiple clients and manage expectations effectively. Communicate project status updates regularly with stakeholders. Understand each client’s business goals and processes; recommend appropriate IT solutions aligned with their objectives. Plan and manage complex IT projects, coordinating internal and external resources. Lead internal and client-facing status meetings. Deploy comprehensive technical solutions using various technologies. Install, configure, and maintain network, server, and desktop infrastructure. Resolve hardware and software issues, including virus removals, deployments, and troubleshooting. General Requirements Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years of IT management experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a network/system administrator, IT manager, or IT consultant. Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a managed service provider (MSP) environment is a strong plus. Proficient with Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to work directly with executives and end users. Proven problem-solving skills and project completion capability. Strong self-management and independence in work. Physical ability to move and install IT hardware as needed. Must reside in the Austin, TX area to support onsite client visits.
