What you will experience in this position:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles: from kickoff and strategy alignment to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies aligned with team goals.
Proactively source passive and active candidates across a variety of recruitment tools.
Deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and strong representation of the Chemelex brand.
Partner with the broader HR team to continuously improve our hiring processes, tools, and systems.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring practices across all stages of recruitment.
Leverage recruitment metrics and market data to inform hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting through timely updates to the Applicant Tracking System.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
Experience hiring for technical, sales, and/or corporate roles across North America.
Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and creative sourcing channels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders.
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage time-sensitive recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, adaptable approach to solving problems and meeting hiring goals.
Passion for people, diversity, and making the right hiring decisions that drive business impact.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
Chemelex's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
