Length: 5 months (with possible extension)
Type: W2 contract (no C2C)
There is a hybrid onsite expectation: ~2 days/week onsite
Location: Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Boston, Frisco, or Chicago
Pay Range: about $49-60/hr

** Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent for the Workday Global Revenue team. This position is ideal for an individual who is dedicated, driven, and passionate about sourcing exceptional candidates. The successful candidate will thrive on networking, providing an outstanding customer experience to candidates, hiring managers, and teammates alike. With a strong foundation in full life-cycle recruitment, this role requires someone who understands the importance of each interaction as an opportunity to enhance client engagement and build collaborative partnerships across the organization. sourcing/recruiting commission-based sales reps (software/SaaS strongly preferred) Strong metrics ownership – must be able to speak to KPIs and data in depth during interviews High-volume recruiting experience LinkedIn Recruiter expertise Ideally Workday ATS experience Skills/Attributes: Works with speed & quality in balance Can pivot quickly when candidates drop late in the process Understands time-to-fill, recalibration, and pipeline management Comfortable collaborating in large recruiting teams Strong networking skills; pipeline-building focus Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage top talent for the Global Revenue team Manage full life-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance Build & maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand needs Use data-driven strategies to enhance recruiting success Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline through proactive networking Ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines Document all recruitment activities in ATS Deliver exceptional candidate & stakeholder experience Qualifications 5+ years’ experience recruiting for all levels of an organization 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting in a software/technology company Must
