The Senior Therapy Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develops recruiting strategies using traditional and non-traditional resources. They source for both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, including social media, job posting boards, cold-calling, networking, internet searches, trade journal advertising, professional networking sites, job fairs, and campus recruiting.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
Experience with Workday applicant tracking system is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate with executives, directors, and team members
Preferred Experience
Minimum 2 years recruiting therapy professionals (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
At least 1 year conducting agency searches
Experience guiding, mentoring, or coordinating peers and cross-functional teams to meet recruitment goals
Technical experience with Phenom CRM
