Location: Anaheim, CA or Dallas, TX preferred About You Victory+ seeks a Social Media Coordinator responsible for daily content distribution across our social media channels. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role is key in producing and publishing content that promotes our league and team partners and advances the Victory+ brand within the sports landscape. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sports social media, a creative thinker who stays on top of cultural trends, and is driven to deliver high-performance results. Your Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and post content for Victory+ social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube. Create engaging, original content aligned with trending topics and emerging brand opportunities. Collaborate on the content calendar and oversee daily publishing within the brand voice. Manage community engagement by interacting with fans creatively and thoughtfully. Assist with live game coverage in coordination with team members and freelancers. Develop and execute creator and influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure. Support platform-specific strategies and other marketing initiatives, including onsite events. Qualifications Over 1 year of experience managing social media platforms, preferably for sports brands or teams. Strong passion for social media marketing, trends, and performance metrics. Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in content planning and editing. Excellent communication skills with storytelling ability. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Organized team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and attend on-site content capture. Why Youll Love Working with Us!
