Event Coordinator

Overview: We are looking for an experienced and fun Events Coordinator to organize excellent events. You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from choosing and securing venues to evaluating success afterwards. Our Events Coordinator must be well-organized and competent in vendor management. The goal is to organize amazing events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of organization objectives. If you have strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and are detail oriented you'll thrive in this role. We welcome anyone 18+ to apply and volunteer with us. Responsibilities Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics. Conduct site inspections and supervise event setups. Serve as the on-site liaison during events, resolving issues that arise before and during events. Work closely with the innovative ideas and strategy department to promote events and attract attendees. Collaborate closely with internal teams, venues, partners, and/or vendors to execute seamless events that enhance brand presence.
