Position Overview The Senior Human Resources Partner is a strategic role within the Prescott HR team, serving as the campus lead for recruitment and employee engagement. The role involves developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top faculty and staff across various disciplines, collaborating with university-wide recruitment teams and academic leaders to align efforts with institutional goals.
Beyond recruitment, the role focuses on enhancing the employee experience through campus-specific engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting retention and university values.
The position also provides support in benefits, onboarding, and training, requiring a proactive, collaborative, people-oriented professional capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
