Marketing Coordinator

Are we the road to your future? We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our Southeast Region located in Georgia or Florida. This position may work out of any of our Volkert office locations in these states. To be considered, applicants must have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or marketing. What you’ll be doing : Assisting the team with winning new business by supporting the proposal development process Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading project descriptions, staff resumes, and marketing collateral Updating information in project descriptions, resumes, proposals, and qualifications for use in proposals Proofreading proposal materials and providing quality control checks What you need to have : Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or marketing 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in the AE industry Experience in supporting proposal development in response to owner RFPs / RFQs, especially in transportation engineering, is a plus Aptitude for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to write clearly and accurately with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation Professional interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels Detail-oriented and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; graphics skills and programs are a plus Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Deltek is strongly desired Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with federal guidelines Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) Why Volkert?
