We're supporting Statusphere in hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their high-performing CS team. This person will act as a strategic partner to mid-market brand clients, helping them unlock the full potential of the platform and turn influencer marketing into a repeatable, scalable growth channel.

This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, client strategy, and data-driven growth. The CS team has already achieved 146% of their expansion quota in Q1 and 127% in Q2 - and they're now looking for another top performer to help scale what's working. What You'll Do Own and grow relationships with mid-market brand clients Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities Provide strategic guidance and insights to maximize platform value Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions across Product, Marketing, and Sales Lead platform walkthroughs and client consultations to drive adoption and expansion Track campaign progress, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth execution Influence the product roadmap by collecting and sharing client feedback Develop scalable resources, processes, and training materials to improve client outcomes Become a go-to expert in micro-influencer marketing and social commerce Who We're Looking For 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, account management, or consulting 2-3+ years working in influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising Experience working with mid-market or enterprise consumer brands A strategic, data-driven thinker who takes full ownership of client success Strong communicator with the ability to advise senior stakeholders Proven track record in driving retention, expansion, and client growth Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client portfolios in a fast-paced environment Curious, collaborative, and proactive - thrives in a dynamic, evolving team Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation + bonus structure Employee stock options upon offer 100% medical, dental & vision insurance (U.S.-based employees) Fully remote flexibility Unlimited PTO + paid holidays 401(k) with 4% match Paid parental leave Working Setup
