Casap is seeking an
Events Lead
to own and execute high-impact, strategic event programs that drive brand awareness, deepen customer relationships, and support pipeline growth. You’ll lead our presence at key industry conferences, tradeshows, and hosted events—managing every detail from strategy to execution. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and our executive team to ensure every event is tightly aligned with Casap’s goals and brand.
Responsibilities
Lead Event Strategy: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Casap’s presence at external events, including industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and partner activations. Drive Pipeline Impact: Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop pre- and post-event strategies that maximize attendee engagement, lead capture, and conversion. Manage Logistics: Handle event logistics with precision—from vendor coordination and budget tracking to booth design, swag, and on-site execution. Craft Compelling Experiences: Ensure all events reflect Casap’s brand voice and values, creating memorable and differentiated experiences for attendees. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across the company—including Product, Sales, and Marketing—to align messaging and ensure consistent representation of Casap’s story. Support Executive Engagement: Work with Casap’s leadership team on speaker placements, VIP meetings, and event representation. Measure What Matters: Track event performance, analyze ROI, and synthesize learnings to improve future event strategy and execution. Scale Our Events Motion: Build scalable systems, templates, and processes for running events as Casap grows.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading B2B event programs, ideally in high-growth SaaS or fintech companies. Proven success managing complex event programs—from field marketing events to large-scale industry conferences. Strong project management skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple moving parts across multiple events. Experience working closely with sales to support pipeline goals, lead generation, and post-event follow-up. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working across internal teams and with external vendors or partners. Creative and resourceful, with a builder’s mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel up to 25%, including for major industry events and conferences. Bonus: Experience with event tech platforms, email marketing tools, or CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Compensation Range: $120K - $135K
