Engineering Manager -Cleveland, Ohio -JOB 25-01442Salary Range:
$125K -$145K Permanent Position withBenefits Cleveland, Ohio area Manufacturing Firm seeks and experienced Engineering Manager who is capable of leading a talented team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Product Engineers to develop products from concept to completion. Requirements:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Software Engineering (P.E. License Preferred) with a minimum of (7) years of hands-on engineering leadership experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, and/or R&D technology environment involved with new product design, machine and component design. The Ideal Candidate would have an understanding of the manufacturing and assembly processes used in the fastener industry. Must have a strong Project Management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Drive both new product development and continuous improvement of existing products. Coordinate and assign projects to Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering Teams based on Customer needs and specifications. Provide guidance on complex technical challenges, including mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and system integration. Lead value engineering initiatives, cost reduction projects, and quality improvements for existing products. Develop long-term product and technology roadmaps. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends. Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align engineering efforts with business goals and market needs. Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
