Lead full-cycle recruitment ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance. Ensure compliance with employment laws and support safety initiatives. Promote associate engagement, training, and recognition programs. Oversee performance development and support leadership growth. Represent the hotel in community engagement and CSR efforts. What We Are Looking For : 5+ years of HR leadership experience. Strong HR generalist knowledge (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, OSHA). Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field. HR Certification (active or in process). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred.
