Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote CA) A growing California-based workers' compensation defense firm is seeking a Worker's compensation defenseattorney to join their team. This position can be remote or based in one of several California office locations. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend hearings/depositions Negotiate settlements and manage caseload efficiently Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client relationships Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school Active CA Bar license 1+ years as a Workers' Comp Defense Attorney Strong legal analysis, communication, and organizational skills Tech-savvy, proactive, and client-focused Location Options: Remote or in-office (Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Diego) Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $95,000 $220,000 annually Bonus opportunities: Comprehensive benefits: medical, vision, life, disability, 401(k), PTO, optional dental Bar dues, CLEs, and training/mentorship support provided
