Why You'll Love This Job The Analyst, Compensation is part of the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role supports the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs. The Analyst adopts a consultative approach to support business units, partnering closely with HR and operational leaders to provide strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and market-informed recommendations.

What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation matters, providing support for hiring, promotions, organizational design, and compensation decisions.

Perform compensation analyses and job evaluations to support business decisions and maintain internal equity.

Develop and deliver clear, data-driven compensation recommendations tailored to specific business contexts.

Assist with annual compensation processes, including merit planning, salary structure adjustments, and incentive plan administration.

Participate in salary surveys and use market data to price jobs and benchmark compensation practices against the external market.

Contribute to the development and refinement of pay structures and compensation models.

Develop and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with internal structures and market benchmarks.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to inform decision-making and track compensation trends.

Create learning tools, presentation materials, and communications to explain compensation programs and updates to business audiences.

Participate in system testing, process improvements, and policy development related to compensation.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to compensation.

Travel as needed to represent the company at industry conferences or to collaborate with Compensation and HR counterparts.

All You'll Need for Success Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.

3+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or a similar analytical role.

Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

Experience presenting to leadership.

Familiarity with operational environments (e.g., airport, maintenance, flight operations).

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience in an analytical role.

Advanced Excel skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and objectivity.

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
