What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage media/influencer relations and proactively pitch stories to generate coverage - Oversee client service and management, ensuring effective project execution from concept to completion - Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans, including creative campaigns and thought leadership topics - Generate and edit various communications materials, including press releases and award submissions - Participate in agency operations, including new business processes and mentoring junior staff
What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or startup environment - Proven ability to build and maintain strong media relationships - Exceptional writing skills and the ability to create compelling pitches and communications - Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively - Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns - Experience in tracking competitors and identifying media opportunities - Participation in networking events to enhance industry connections
