As a Loan Servicing Manager in Wholesale Lending Services, you will lead a syndicated lending services team based in Chicago. This client-facing group provides high-quality service to internal and external parties. In a complex and evolving lending environment, this role is dynamic, highly visible, and multifaceted. Job Responsibilities Lead core Production teams responsible for Deal Set-Up/Funding and Loan Servicing functions, focusing on client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with different lines of business and key stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for Loan & Agency and Wholesale Lending Services. Oversee the productivity and quality of the Chicago Production teams, serving as the senior contact for business segment heads, Credit Risk, Legal, and other partners. Maintain oversight of the risk and control environment, representing Wholesale Lending Services in risk forums, audits, and operational risk reviews. Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing technology initiatives and operational changes to meet business and client needs. Collaborate with Operational Excellence to implement strategic changes, including process improvements and client experience enhancements. Partner with technology and transformation teams to re-imagine workflows, tools, and reporting, ensuring the execution of efficiency initiatives. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills At least 3 years of syndicated loan experience. Experience leading complex lending operations. Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performance teams through training and coaching. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Awareness of operational risks throughout the lending lifecycle. Results-driven with a methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills At least 3 years of syndicated loan servicing experience. Proven success in transforming or building new operations and middle office teams. This position is not eligible for H1B sponsorship or other forms of visa sponsorship.
