A law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Practice Support Lawyer (PSL) to support its four primary litigation subgroups: Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Employment Litigation. The PSL will be responsible for creating, distributing, and managing legal documents, organizing and promoting knowledge resources, implementing relevant technologies, and preparing training materials. The role also involves contributing to internal and external content development. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility for both remote and office-based work.

Model Documents and Forms:
Create, maintain, and distribute model documents, forms, precedents, and drafting guidance for the litigation subgroups. Develop client- and jurisdiction-specific templates for court filings. Identify forms for automation and collaborate with the Knowledge and Innovation team to automate identified forms. Knowledge Management and Innovation:
Develop strategies for making practice content accessible, such as case and judge information and matter-specific content. Assist in locating and utilizing internal and external knowledge resources and technologies. Collaborate on the use of AI tools for discovery and document preparation. Training:
Develop and present legal skills training programs for attorneys and paralegals, prepare presentation materials, and assist junior attorneys. Ensure materials are archived and accessible. Internal and External Content Development:
Review market trends and develop content for marketing efforts, including articles, alerts, presentations, and blogs. Keep updated on relevant laws and case law, informing practice areas of legal developments. Requirements:
4+ years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to Patent, IP, Securities, or Employment Litigation. Strong legal drafting and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Proficiency in project management and legal software tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to workflow changes and managing competing priorities. Education:
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Skills:
Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills. Knowledge of legal technologies and project management tools. Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, management, and clients. Proactive, organized, and efficient in managing multiple projects. Strategic understanding of firm and practice group goals.
