Executive Assistant - Private Equity
We are currently seeking candidates to join a Boston-based private equity firm as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership. This is a fast-paced, high-level role suited for a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic financial services environment. The position offers a base salary of up to $90,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This role requires on-site presence five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and schedule a high volume of internal and external meetings Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations Process expense reports and manage invoice tracking and submissions Serve as a primary point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications:
3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the financial services industry Bachelor’s degree required Impeccable attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion
