of their mission critical enterprise wide solutions. What will you do in this role? Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional requirements
for the Sure Commercial (
f.k.a.
Instec) policy administration system Act as a customer advisor and consultant providing prescriptive recommendations and industry best practices Participate in the estimation of work including discovery, scope definition, and sizing activities Plan, Perform and support unit and QA testing efforts including test script planning, documentation, and execution Lead, and participate in system design, demonstration, and configuration activities Aide
in the reinforcement of Business Analysis methodologies across the team Stayup to dateon industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc. Other duties as assigned What do you need to succeed in this role? 5+ years of Insurance Domain knowledge with preference for
experience of the MGA markets
ISO based Commercial Lines and NCCI Worker's Compensation products Experience with Sure Commercial (Instec Policy) BA/BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience Experience capturing key functional requirements for client implementations of Property & Casualty software for the Commercial Insurance markets
(admitted and non-admitted) Related certifications a plus Nice to have: Acord ISO/NCCI/other bureaus In addition, specific skills/experience required are as follows: Servant Leader
