The District Manager will play a key role in building a national brand under GP Mobile, applying innovative strategies to grow the brand and drive organizational performance. The role involves building and upgrading a strong team, implementing new projects and products, and managing multiple locations. Responsibilities include: Aligning with company culture and values, demonstrating leadership and motivation. Establishing excellent relationships internally and externally. Creating a team atmosphere and achieving objectives. Acting as a confidant to senior management on strategic matters. Communicating effectively to foster organizational change. Leading with a balance of risk-taking, judgment, confidence, and flexibility. Fostering professional development through coaching and feedback. Demonstrating high ethical standards and integrity. Building and maintaining relationships with team members, management, customers, and partners. Qualifications: Experience managing sales and operations at a multi-unit level. Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. Retail and business analysis skills. Focus on customer service and quality. Strong communication and influencing skills. 2–4 years sales and operational experience. 2–4 years people management experience. 1–3 years T-Mobile multi-unit management experience. 2+ years Wireless Retail Experience. 1+ years Project Management.
