ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Description We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design the structure of our ITSM systems and oversee programs to ensure proper architecture implementation. The Technical Architect - ServiceNow will contribute to a team of specialists assisting our clients in understanding their ServiceNow environments. The role involves joining the IT & Software Asset Management (ITAM) Team to focus on implementing, configuring, and managing customers' ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be an expert in ServiceNow with proven methodologies and best practices for platform implementation and associated modules. Responsibilities Implement ServiceNow Platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM. Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders. Guide customers to maximize their investment in ServiceNow, including process improvements. Lead technical aspects of project and solution delivery. Provide technical leadership for ongoing support of ServiceNow. Configure and develop modules to meet customer requirements. Ensure configuration meets requirements, including drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer. Oversee training for customer system administrators. Support and consult on ServiceNow implementations and BAU usage. Improve processes and services related to ServiceNow platform usage. Ensure quality standards for hardware and software asset information within ServiceNow. Identify potential problem areas and advise on resolutions. Stay updated with industry trends and new ServiceNow offerings. Assist during kick-off and discovery calls to identify requirements and topography. Support sales and pre-sales activities. Provide technical support throughout implementation. Ensure work is completed within timescales and KPIs. Assist in managing project timelines and customer expectations. Develop into a resource for team questions and training. Represent SHI at conferences and events. Contribute to business objectives and key initiatives for ITAM. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through training and certifications. Maintain industry-leading knowledge of the ITAM and software lifecycle.
