Project Manager
Contract Position
Company will provide all the Services necessary to support management of infrastructure projects across portfolio. Company will provide region-based resources in line with ongoing requirements.
Key responsibilities
Project/Program Management
Develop detailed project plans that outline clear objectives, milestones, and timelines for each assigned project
Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful and on-time delivery through effective coordination and oversight
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, external vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of integrated solutions
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating to leadership as needed
Adapt project management approaches to address the unique requirements of different project types
Maintain clear ownership and accountability for project success, serving as the single point of contact for stakeholders
Identify and document lessons learned for each project, incorporating them into future initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Business Operations Management
Facilitate regular program steering committee meetings and business review meetings to review progress, address issues, and make decisions
Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plan for the business operations program
Establish a centralized reporting framework to consolidate data from across the organization's business units and functional areas
Develop standard and ad-hoc reporting templates to provide visibility into key business operations.
Establish a program-level performance measurement framework, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
Provide regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) business operations reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, issues, and performance against targets
Conduct in-depth analyses of the organization's business operations data to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure alignment of the business operations program with the organization's overall strategic objectives and priorities
Oversee program transition and knowledge transfer activities to the client organization upon completion.
Financial Reporting
Conduct regular financial reviews and audits of the program, including review of budgets, expenditures, and cost variances
Prepare and submit regular financial performance reports
Monitor the ongoing financial performance and provide timely alerts on any significant variances or issues
Resource and Change Management
Manage change control processes in line with business requirements
The PM will be responsible for managing projects and/or business operations across global regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA) and will coordinate with local teams and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. They will work closely with the manager and adhere to quality standards, reporting requirements, and other instructions.
