The Senior Business Analyst will lead the data analysis and reporting activities for the North American Operations and Supply Chain Team. This role will report to the Director of Supply Chain for North America and will also support the Director of Operations and Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining the analytics that support the successful execution of the North American Operations team - including data models, reports, and ad hoc analysis.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
This role will lead the analytics and reporting function of the North American Operations team, focusing on Supply Chain as well as Production, Quality, CI, and EH&S. Anticipated allocation is roughly 50% Supply Chain, 50% Operations/Quality/CI/EH&S.
Create and maintain a suite of analytics, dashboards, and reports to support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly execution of the Operations team (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, EH&S), and to meet the needs of the Supply Chain team, including Purchasing/Materials Management, Planning/SIOP, Logistics, and Inventory/Warehouse. Also perform ad hoc analysis as needed and directed. Use data and analytics to interpret trends, make recommendations, provide actionable insights, and 'tell a story' using data, charts, graphs, and metrics for decision support. Collaborate closely with IT to ensure accurate and timely ETL from source systems into the Data Warehouse, verify data accuracy, and ensure accurate analytics cubes. For the Operations and Supply Chain team, manage the SharePoint environment and lead implementation of leading practices for SharePoint and integration across Microsoft platforms Create and maintain Power apps as appropriate Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, finance, and IT. Support creation of PowerPoint slides/decks for communication of key concepts and findings to stakeholders and leadership Key Performance Indicators:

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Able to complete projects and analysis in a timely manner Able to identify gaps in data, data accuracy, and data reliability and recommend corrective actions Able to identify gaps in reporting and analysis and recommend paths to closure Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, supply chain, business, or a related field with 5 years of related work experience, or high school diploma with 15 years of relevant work experience Required: Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations concepts, with at least 3 years of manufacturing supply chain analytics related experience Strong working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their data models, including manufacturing and supply chain concepts (MRP, Work Orders, Bills of Materials, Inventory categories, Cost structures) Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, or a similar analytics platform, as well as Sharepoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to derive trends from data and present actionable insights to management Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented, with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:
Supply Chain and/or Operations certifications (e.g., APICS, Lean, Six Sigma). Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning models. Knowledge of global supply chain regulations and compliance. Compensation:
