You will manage projects independently, track metrics, analyze complex data, and communicate findings effectively. You will develop practical recommendations, contribute to discussions on analysis implications, and identify implementation challenges. As an expert in capital strategy, portfolio optimization, and project delivery, you will help clients improve returns and program performance using digital and agile techniques. Collaborating directly with clients, you will solve problems, refine strategies, and facilitate transformations. For more information on McKinsey Implementation, please visit: McKinsey Implementation You will be based in one of our North American offices with the McKinsey Implementation team, supporting clients from strategy through execution with a focus on impact and sustainability. We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our growing team. An advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent experience; requirements may vary by country or practice. 6+ years of experience in a high-performance capital projects environment, demonstrating leadership in performance improvement and change management. Significant experience with mega capital projects, preferably in project management roles. Field experience in industries such as oil and gas, mining, energy, or chemicals. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is desirable. A passion for coaching and mentoring clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to complete tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, adaptable to different audiences. Data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports. Exceptional time management skills in a largely autonomous environment. Flexibility to work outside traditional hours and handle projects with limited notice. Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in challenging environments such as factories, hospitals, or mines.
