The role will be responsible for a specific business line but must be able to assist other Business Areas as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive change management initiatives and implement strategic plans and components of the company; Ensure safety, training, and security standards are achieved in line with corporate, regulatory, international, and customer requirements; Communicate effectively to articulate the best interests of the organization internally and externally, with sensitivity to all parties; Partner with the Corporate team to implement and communicate changes to programs, policies, and systems affecting operational responsibilities or performance; Monitor operational performance through analysis of metrics and data, and identify process improvements to increase efficiencies; Focus on expanding and growing QAS air cargo logistics, including mail, by enhancing infrastructure, attracting cargo customers, and developing KPIs to measure success; Develop and implement strategies to improve air cargo operations, optimize processes, and meet customer needs; Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building customer relationships; Manage and support a team of managers and staff through guidance and training; Ensure efficient operation of air cargo and mail facilities, including warehousing, handling, and transportation; Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards; Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
