Join a team that develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors. You will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing engineering processes pertaining to semiconductors, and determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Responsibilities: Developing software and hardware to test MEMS and Pressure Sensors for validation and production testing. Debugging and technical problem solving to create production test programs. Understanding the design details of the component and implementing tests to ensure the product meets specifications. Developing test plans to define product characteristics and issues to determine corrective actions and improvements. Developing documentation including operating procedures, work instructions, and training. Providing hands-on, floor support of IC manufacturing, including problem resolution and continuous improvement. U.S. Person Requirements:

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400.00 - $108,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
