Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Warehouse Management System & Order Management System)
Location: Fully Onsite in Western Suburbs of Chicago
We are seeking a
Business Systems Analyst
to manage and optimize our core business applications including WMS, OMS, and ERP systems. In this key role, you'll be the bridge between our business goals and our technology, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead the charge on system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive operational excellence. What You'll Do: Manage day-to-day operations and resolve issues for our enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse (WMS), and order management (OMS) systems. Act as the main point of contact for all system-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades. Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans and process flows. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth system adoption. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Provide on-call support for urgent issues as needed. What You'll Bring: A bachelor's degree in a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience supporting enterprise and warehouse management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with data integration tools and processes. Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Power BI. Knowledge of SQL.
