Job Title: Retail & Revenue Training Coordinator Salary Range: $28.00 - 33. 00 /hrly DOE FLSA Status: Hourly Location: Administration

*Required travel across all EGNW sites About the Position The Retail and Revenue Training Coordinator will serve as the on-the-ground champion of our STAR operational discipline—supporting live training, facilitating consistent execution, assessing learning needs, and reinforcing best practices across store formats

(brick-and-mortar, outlets, e-commerce ). Working closely with the Training Manager, your role ensures training programs are fully executed and continuously improved, from planning through review. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Partner with Retail Training Manager and SMEs to develop STAR-related training modules, job aids, and materials Co-facilitate classroom and on-floor trainings

(e.g., donations, production standards, merchandising, retail tactics, customer service) Training Coordination & Logistics Schedule training events, book venues, manage session prep, materials, and LMS setup Coordinate trainer assignments, communicate schedules, oversee trainee attendance and completion Track and maintain training records and compliance documentation Needs Assessment & Gap Analysis Conduct skill gap analysis with store leadership using surveys, observation, and performance data Provide actionable insights and escalate trends affecting STAR program adoption Performance Evaluation & Feedback Collect post-session feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend iterative improvements Undergird continuous improvement by monitoring outcomes

(e.g., production targets, STAR audit scores) Conduct in-store coaching, audits, follow-ups, and peer learning sessions Support regional rollout communications and promote a culture of operational excellence Program Administration & Reporting Use LMS, Excel, and digital platforms to generate regular training participation and impact reports Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and SOPs in training delivery Stay current on adult learning methods, e-learning tools, and retail training trends Support testing of new training pilots

(e.g., digital badge system, ecom-specific modules) Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Goodwill’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Partner with People Relations as needed and appropriate. Position Requirements

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of frontline retail or e-commerce operations experience required. Prior experience in training, coaching, or facilitation preferred. Acquainted with KAIZEN & Lean methodologies. Familiarity with Evergreen Goodwill’s STAR program and operating culture is strongly preferred. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: Must have valid Washington Driver’s license and proof of insurance along with good driving record. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Advanced knowledge of digital creation: Hard copy, graphic design, video and audio Adobe Suite

(Premire, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)

Physical Abilities While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required sit for long periods of time, communicate with other employees by talking and hearing, required to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds and to operate computer systems. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable attendance.
