Preschool Principal - (Punggol)

Responsibilities Manage overall operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with ECDA regulations. Lead, supervise, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. Design, implement, and review age-appropriate curricula aligned with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) and ECDA guidelines. Build strong relationships with parents, provide regular updates on children's progress, and organize community events. Contribute to long-term planning, setting goals, and driving improvements for the preschool. Foster a culture of continuous learning, offering training opportunities for staff development. Requirements Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or equivalent). Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership. 5+ years of experience in early childhood education. At least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
