As a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Cencora within Global Product and Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of inventory management within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. This
position focuses on both software and hardware products, requiring a unique blend of technical
expertise and strategic vision. You will guide products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet
the needs of our clients and advance our market position. Operating in a fast-paced environment,

Product Strategy & Road mapping: Develop, define, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring
Alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Construct and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones,
Deliverables, and timelines, and regularly update stakeholders on progress.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps,
and opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the inventory management
space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison and product champion between product management and
other departments, including sales, marketing, engineering, commercialization,
customer success, and implementation teams, to ensure alignment and clear
communication of product goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering input and
feedback to inform product decisions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies,
including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Agile Process Management: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
retrospectives, and backlog refinement to optimize team performance and product
delivery.
Collaborate with TPOS and engineering teams to define technical requirements,
ensuring they align with the product vision and user needs.
Track and report on product development metrics, such as velocity, defect rates, and
delivery timelines, to drive continuous improvement in agile practices.
Manage product development from concept through launch, ensuring that all stage
gate criteria are met to advance the product through each phase of development.
User Story Development: Craft detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases that clearly articulate the
desired outcomes and value of product features and enhancements.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and
resource availability, ensuring the most critical features are delivered in a timely
manner.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate on product features, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure scalable and flexible architecture that supports future growth and innovation.
Customer Engagement & Success: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback,
using these insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure a smooth
onboarding process and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing usage data and customer
feedback to identify areas for further enhancement and optimization.
Financial Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams to build and iterate on pro-formats and business
cases, ensuring the financial viability of product initiatives.
Analyze financial data and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and
prioritize product investments.
Regularly review financial performance against projections, making necessary
adjustments to business cases to reflect changing market conditions and business
priorities
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Five (5) yeas of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, in the pharmacy or within the
healthcare space with specific experience in inventory management solutions.
Agile methodologies - required
B2B | B2C experience highly desired
Prior experience working on eCommerce related products highly desired
Demonstrated experience managing both software and hardware products, with a strong
understanding of the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
Proven expertise in building software products on shared platforms and managing products
early in their lifecycle, with experience navigating the stage gate process.
Proven expertise in agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading cross-
functional teams in an agile environment.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and
communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales,
marketing, engineering, finance, and customer success teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven
decisions to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other agile project management and
collaboration tools is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
