The
Senior Software Engineer
will contribute to development efforts, mentor teams, and evolve our application portfolio. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting software components across the stack, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role is based in Naperville, IL, with a typical schedule of T-TH in-office and M & F remote. Responsibilities
Develop and code full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL. Gather requirements and collaborate with design and product teams. Create documentation, flowcharts, and layouts to demonstrate solutions. Adopt TDD development approach. Implement website tracking with GA tags. Contribute to roadmap prioritization by identifying technical needs. Qualifications
Minimum 6 years experience in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile applications. Experience in developing complex eCommerce websites within fast-paced digital teams. Strong understanding of web development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency with Next.js / React, GraphQL, Node.js, and MongoDB. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of integration patterns, REST, WebSockets, XML, JSON, YAML. Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap. Familiarity with analytics tools and on-site SEO practices. Experience in subscription/E-commerce companies is a plus. Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Workday or Financial Reporting systems (training available). Experience with Looker or similar analytics platforms (training available). Education
Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent work experience required. Compensation & Benefits
