Patriot Enterprises will provide transition assistance, information, training, counseling, and services to eligible Service members within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Transition and Economic Development (TED).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a structured approach to measure TAP effectiveness using defined metrics, evaluation criteria, and reporting cycles aligned with contract deliverables (e.g., 7.5.C.1–7.5.C.4).
Aggregate and analyze data from VA, VBA, DOL, DoD, and other sources to identify gaps in transition support and inform strategic planning updates.
Own the creation and timely submission of monthly Data Analysis Reports, quarterly Data Mapping Reports, and semi-annual Performance Framework Updates with insights that drive decision-making.
Provide data-driven input for TAP strategic planning and innovation assessments, ensuring alignment with VA goals and identifying emerging trends or needs.
Oversee data quality, security, and compliance with VA policies, especially around PII handling and federal data standards, while maintaining transparency in reporting.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in managing projects related to duties and responsibilities of this program.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent industry recognized PM certification, throughout the duration of the contract is preferred.
Experience in the management of government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product generation.
Experience in preparing executive level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to pass a favorable fingerprint check (SAC) adjudicated by VBA Personnel Security Office (PERSEC).
Ability to pass a background investigation and must receive a favorable adjudication from the VA Personnel Security and Adjudication Center (PSAC).
Proficiency in using office automation equipment and software.
Possess sufficient written and verbal communication skills to support the VA.
Ability to maintain professional conduct which portrays the VA positively.
S. Citizen or Alien Registration that authorizes work in the U.S.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language.
