Oracle EPM Planning Developer / Administrator

Job Responsibilities
Maintain multiple ASO applications in Free Form and Planning, including multi-currency and Workforce modules.
Support business units as solution needs arise, ensuring effective time management and communication.
Test Oracle patches in applications to ensure compatibility with production environment.
Submit, track, and collaborate with Oracle to resolve open Service Requests (SRs) related to solution issues.
Implement configuration changes to application functionality and assist with testing.
Maintain and develop calc scripts in BSO/ASO languages with a strong understanding of Groovy.
Manage a Narrative Reporting application for reports, books, bursts, and scheduled jobs.
Utilize knowledge of FOMEE/Data Exchange and REST APIs.
Knowledge of DRM is a plus.
Handle financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), foreign currency, intercompany eliminations, and cost allocations.
Develop advanced member formulas and utilize Calculation Manager.
Apply best practices in budgeting and forecasting.
Align technical capabilities with functional requirements across modules.
Interact positively with all management levels and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Selection Criteria
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years managing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, including Oracle Planning Cloud modules, SmartView, Narrative Reporting, and Management Reporting development.
At least 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis environment in a lead role.
Knowledge of Bach and Burst development.
Experience with security administration, including PODS for Super User access and training.
Ability to develop dashboards and narrative reports from scratch and modify existing ones.
Experience with EPM planning modules (projects, capital, workforce), calculation manager, business rules, data exchange, and pipeline development.
Knowledge of Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and management reporting.
Security administration skills for assigning POD dimension level access and creating security filters.
Experience with new EPM planning development and administration.
