What is Required (Qualifications): - 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering - 2+ years of experience with security, identity, architecture, and design - Experience with microservices and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to security risks - Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 2+ years of experience with open-source frameworks - Fluency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Rust - Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development lifecycle - Ability to excel in a startup-like environment - Experience building architecture and design patterns for scalable systems
