Position Overview:

Architect
position will lead
the design and evolution of enterprise-grade software solutions. This role provides strategic technical direction and architectural oversight across product development initiatives, ensuring
systems are scalable, secure, and
high performing
.

, strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in modern software architecture.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the architectural vision for new and existing software platforms.
Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals and product strategy.
Provide high-level analysis and technical guidance across development teams and stakeholders.
Oversee the integration of distributed components developed by multiple product teams
Qualifications Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science
or related field
preferred;
equivalent
professional
experience
considered
Years of Experience: 10+ years including 2+ years in technical lead, software architecture or technical leadership role, serving as the go-to-expert for architectural decisions
Enterprise
Java
frameworks and platforms, including
Wildfly
and
Quarkus
.
Microsoft SQL Server
and
MongoDB
for data management.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems using modern enterprise technologies.
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and the strategic integration of AI technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams and stakeholders.
