Darigold is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to play a key role in the stability, performance and scalability of our core IT infrastructure. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Darigold’s server, virtualization and storage environments, ensuring uptime and efficiency across a 24x7 manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both day-to-day operations and leading complex infrastructure projects.

What You Will Do:
Administer and maintain Dell server hardware, Pure Storage arrays and related infrastructure.
Manage virtualization environments including Hyper-V clusters and VMware vSphere; oversee VM provisioning, resource allocation and high availability.
Configure and manage Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and file/print services.
Oversee hybrid Exchange environment and coordinate mail routing and identity sync issues with Microsoft 365.
Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using tools such as SCVMM, LogicMonitor, or built-in Windows/Linux tools.
Plan and execute patch management, firmware updates and OS upgrades for all infrastructure systems.
Participate in on-call support rotation to troubleshoot critical systems and maintain up time for plant operations.
Collaborate with OT teams to understand plant systems dependencies and plan work accordingly.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, standard procedures and incident resolution steps.
Lead infrastructure projects such as server replacements, data center moves or DR testing.
Mentor junior administrators on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Evaluate and propose improvements in infrastructure design, resiliency and security.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware lifecycles, warranty support and escalations.
Local and regional travel estimate of 25%.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a 24x7 environment, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare or utilities.
Strong experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS/DHCP.
Hands-on experience managing virtualization platforms: Hyper-V and/or VMware vSphere.
Familiarity with SCVMM and clustered VM environments.
Working knowledge of storage platforms, particularly Dell and Pure Storage.
Experience managing backups and recovery solutions (Druva, Veeam, Commvault).
Basic Linux administration experience (RHEL, Ubuntu) for utility servers.
Proficiency in troubleshooting servers, VM and network issues using logs, Event Viewer and common diagnostic tools.
PowerShell scripting experience for task automation is a plus.
Certifications such as MCSE, VMware VCP, Dell EMC Proven Professional or Pure Storage certifications is a plus.
Experience with incident response, root cause analysis or infrastructure security hardening is a plus.
Understanding of network fundamentals (subnetting, routing, VLANs).
Ability to communicate clearly with plant operations, leadership and vendors.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to regional sites.

Compensation range:
$99,548 - $149,322
