2600 LUCIEN WAY, Maitland, 32751 The role you'll contribute: The Executive Director works with executive and senior leadership teams to develop and implement network related initiatives and strategies that are in harmony with AdventHealth's strategic plan and priorities for value-based care and risk readiness. Under minimal supervision of the VP of Network & Payor Development, the Executive Director coaches, mentors and leads Directors, Managers, and staff in the daily operations of assigned areas. The Executive Director leads engagements with physicians and key stakeholders and works with market, AHMG and Primary Health Division-PCP stakeholders to identify, target, and build successful high-value integrated delivery networks throughout their division/markets. The Executive Director must have a passion for delivering high-quality and high-touch service to our community and have a genuine commitment to maintaining positive physician relations. The Executive Director will have system-wide Network Development and Integrity oversight and responsibility for the networks supported by the PHSO. The Executive Director must be high energy, committed to producing individual results, and possess drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. The Executive Director supports the development of value-based payor and employer contracts working in collaboration with Managed Care and further supports the value-based business development opportunities across AdventHealth's system. The Executive Director actively participates in developing strategy and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value you'll bring to the team: Works with PHSO and market leadership to grow, maintain and enhance population health related network development and integrity initiatives that include but are not limited to direct to employer opportunities, value-based payor contracts, and risk readiness Builds and leads the team accountable for network development activities that result in high value networks that facilitate/support the Primary Health Divisions strategic growth objectives Oversees and manages the teams strategic vision, objectives, and policies and procedures. Responsible for recruitment, training, hiring, and development of employees including staff and leadership level personnel Builds and supports effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and organizations. Develops partnerships, coordinates activities, reviews work, exchanges information, and/or resolves problems related to Network Development business needs Participates in performance and opportunity review committees to represent Network Development opportunities The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 5 years of experience in network or payor development, strategy/business development, public relations, marketing, and/or finance 3 years of leadership experience (direct oversight of FTEs and/or organizational strategies) 3 years of experience in healthcare strategy, marketing, finance, public relations and/or operations Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 5 years of experience in executive leadership in healthcare 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
