Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Scanning and filing Assist AP Coordinator as needed Data entry Check and distribute mail Special projects Assist Purchasing department as needed Assist Controller, Accounts Payable with audit tasks as needed during the summer Assist Student Accounts department with projects as needed
Qualifications MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
Attention to detail Basic computer skills Professional and dependable Able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks
