Assembler.
Position Summary:
As an assembler you will perform assembly operations and support production needs while working collaboratively with various departments.
Minimum Requirements:
Good written and verbal communications skills. Excellent visual perception to ensure fine detail quality inspection. Full physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and maneuver around equipment and job stations. This position is primarily standing at a workbench most of the day. Must be able to lift and position components that weigh up to 35 pounds. Must be able to physically tolerate contact (hands) with coolants and cutting oils. Ability to follow work instructions. Ability to read and interpret production drawings. Desire to learn. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Producing Quality parts. Following company procedures and policies. Meeting time standards established for all assigned production. Alerting any supervisor to any unsafe condition. Adequate control, protection, and use of the assets of the company. Communicate with the supervisor, set up operators, and quality department to ensure common understanding of immediate issues affecting output and quality. Produce parts as instructed by supervisor. Provide justification and corrective action on all issues pertaining to poor quality. Any other duties requested by the supervisor.
