Director of ABA Billing & Credentialing
— a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong ABA billing experience who’s excited to lead, build, and optimize our billing operations. What You’ll Do
Oversee the full revenue cycle: eligibility checks, authorizations, claims submission, and collections
Submit accurate claims to Medicaid and commercial payers
Follow up on denials, rejections, and underpayments
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure AR aging targets are met
Manage provider credentialing and payer enrollment
Maintain CAQH profiles and credentialing timelines
Communicate directly with internal stakeholders as the billing point of contact
Keep internal documentation and systems clean and up to date
Help develop and improve internal SOPs and operational processes
What You Bring
Required: Experience in
ABA billing
(eligibility, authorizations, credentialing)
Familiarity with
North Carolina and Virginia
Medicaid and commercial payers
Knowledge of ABA CPT codes (97151, 97153, 97155, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a
remote
setting
Comfort operating in a
startup or growth-phase environment
Preferred: Experience with
CentralReach
or similar billing platforms
Experience using
clearinghouses
and payer portals
Background in a
multi-provider or third-party billing
setting
