Reporting to the Manager, Talent Data Management, the Specialist, Talent Data is responsible for complex HRIS data management, analysis, and process support across all North American entities. The Specialist handles advanced data transactions, leads troubleshooting efforts, and supports strategic data initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and stakeholder partnership.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
ADVANCED DATA MANAGEMENT
Process complex employee data transactions including organizational restructures, mass updates, and multi-system integrations Lead coordination with payroll on complex data transfer issues and system reconciliation Manage escalated data quality issues and coordinate resolution across multiple systems Support monthly global data quality audits and lead remediation efforts for complex discrepancies
ANALYSIS & TROUBLESHOOTING
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring data errors and recommend systematic solutions Support data validation for organizational changes, workforce planning initiatives, and systematic implementations Analyze data patterns and trends to identify process improvement opportunities Lead troubleshooting efforts for system integrations and data pipeline issues
PROJECT SUPPORT & COLLABORATION
Support manager with documentation of complex data processes and business rules Collaborate extensively with Talent Systems and Talent Planning & Analytics teams on data initiatives and system enhancements Partner with Talent Business Partners on complex organizational changes and data requirements Provide guidance and mentoring to the Talent Data Coordinator on complex transactions Support training development and delivery for end users on data-related processes
STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP
Serve as primary liaison for complex data requests from Finance, Legal, and other business partners Proactively communicate with stakeholders on data quality issues and resolution timelines Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior leadership and strategic initiatives
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
3-5 years of experience with HR data management and analysis Advanced knowledge of HR information systems, SAP HR and SuccessFactors preferred Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement Strong project support and collaboration capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience with system integrations and data validation preferred
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
