Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on delivering excellent service. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of customers, both over the phone and through digital channels, ensuring their experience with our company exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately assist customers. Process orders and manage customer accounts with precision. Document all customer interactions in the company CRM system for future reference. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers as appropriate.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
