Overview Join Medtronic’s Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health team as a Senior Strategic Clinical Program Manager , where you’ll shape the clinical evidence strategy that drives therapy innovation, adoption, and access. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that bridges science, strategy, and execution, developing clinical roadmaps and incorporating AI and real-world evidence (RWE) to transform patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Evidence Planning Translate business and therapy strategies into clinical evidence plans to enable clinical insights which drive evidence generation Own the development and lifecycle of integrated evidence roadmaps Drive upstream and downstream alignment with R&D, Regulatory, HEOR, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs AI & RWE Innovation Identify and apply real-world datasets (EMR, claims, registries) and AI/ML tools to enhance clinical strategy Collaborate with Data Science to explore digital biomarkers and AI-enabled clinical insights Guide integration of digital health tools into study design or strategy Execution & Program Oversight Support cross-functional core teams with clinical strategy expertise from concept to post-market Monitor progress, resolve risks, and adapt plans based on closed study insights and market feedback Review and prioritize External Research Program (ERP) and Collaborative Research Studies Stakeholder Engagement Partner with key opinion leaders and scientific advisors to validate strategy direction Collaborate with Medical Affairs and publication teams to drive timely, impactful dissemination Ensure regional evidence needs are captured and incorporated into global strategy Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of clinical research, strategy, or program management experience ORadvanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience 3+ years of leadership experience (e.g., leading programs, workstreams, or cross-functional teams) Experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in medical devices or regulated clinical research Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree (MS, MPH, MBA) or PhD in life sciences, engineering, or public health Knowledge of neuromodulation, pelvic health, pain, or neuroscience therapy areas Strong familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), AI/ML applications, or digital health Experience influencing upstream pipeline and downstream reimbursement/market access strategy PMP certification or formal project/program management training Excellent stakeholder communication and scientific writing skills Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$161,600.00 - $242,400.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
