As a Superintendent at Erickson-Hall Construction Co., you will develop your skills and learn from an industry leader that is also employee-owned! Your primary goal is to deliver successful projects by ensuring the efficient use of materials, labor, equipment, and contractors, completing projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include: Managing onsite construction of assigned projects, including coordinating subcontractors, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, supervising self-performed work, processing clarifications, updating as-built drawings, and tracking costs. Developing and updating project schedules regularly. Ensuring progress photos are taken and daily reports are accurately prepared. Ensuring compliance with contract documents and quality standards. Reviewing shop drawings and submittals for proper coordination. Assisting in identifying and estimating work changes. Leading safety plan implementation. Collaborating with the Project Manager as required. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial and Public Works projects. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment. Independent problem-solving skills based on project standards. Good judgment, quick learner, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and MS Project is a plus. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
