Under the guidance and supervision of the Boston Bleeding Disorders Center (BBDC) Program Director, the Financial Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing financial support for the Division of Hematology's 340B program, the Boston Bleeding Disorders Center Factor Program (BBDCFP). The Financial Analyst's key areas of responsibility include financial analysis, weekly/monthly reporting, accounts receivable/payable oversight, regulatory compliance, and auditing. The Financial Analyst may also assist in additional areas of the BBDC as needed. This position is hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote). Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor contractual agreements with vendors and track invoice payments via Accounts Payable. Troubleshoot payment issues with vendors and/or Accounts Payable when needed. Generate annual Purchase Orders for vendors and manufacturers. Create and update monthly reports such as Cost of Goods Sold, Sales Price of Goods Sold, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, month-end accruals, and variance explanations. Collect, compile, and analyze financial performance, variance, and other financial data related to the BBDCFP. Assist in preparing the annual income report for the Maternal and Child Health Bureau per grant guidelines. Maintain updated product pricing schedules provided to the contract pharmacy quarterly or as needed. Collaborate with Operations, Medical, Administrative, and Contracting teams to develop pricing policies, analyze cost/price margins, and contribute to contract development with third-party payers. Participate in annual Policies & Procedures review to ensure compliance with 340B standards. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Hemophilia Alliance on quantities of factor products shipped to patients. Update the pharmacy portal with invoice copies and review reports for data integrity and invoicing accuracy. Evaluate patient eligibility for program compliance by reviewing medical records, insurance, and enrollment status. Participate in internal and external 340B audits, addressing reconciliation issues as they arise. Maintain organized archives of reports for compliance and audit purposes. Develop a thorough understanding of the 340B program and seek to improve its efficiency and internal support. Prepare ad hoc financial analysis reports as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, healthcare, or related field required. Master's degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus. 2+ years of experience in compliance, finance, accounting, or related fields preferred. Experience in financial or compliance auditing is a plus. Skills and Abilities

Ability to analyze financial data, proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), strong communication skills, and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Working Conditions
