Director, Corporate Development
to help expand our business through mergers and acquisitions. This role reports to the VP of Corporate Development and focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions of RIA firms aligned with our strategic growth goals. The position requires strategic insight, financial acumen, and transaction execution experience. Responsibilities include: M&A Strategy & Sourcing:
Identify target firms, build relationships, define acquisition criteria, and represent the firm at industry events. Evaluation & Diligence:
Lead due diligence, assess integration fit, and build financial models. Transaction Execution:
Support negotiations, draft investment memos, and ensure deal alignment with strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 8+ years in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related areas. Experience evaluating or acquiring wealth management firms preferred. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of the wealth management ecosystem and cultural integration challenges. Salary:
$200,000 - $250,000 annually, with actual compensation depending on experience and other factors. The application deadline is July 16th, with potential extension.
