Job Description Develop and execute change management strategies in collaboration with project teams and senior leaders to support organizational goals. Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand needs, concerns, and expectations; create targeted engagement and communication plans. Design and implement clear, timely communication plans to ensure employees are informed and prepared for upcoming changes. Evaluate the impact of change at individual, team, and organizational levels; identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies. Deliver user enablement and training programs to support adoption and proficiency in new systems and processes. Qualifications: Qualifications Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational change management, ideally within the technology sector. Proven experience supporting Microsoft to Google Workspace transitions is required. Deep proficiency with Google Workspace

and Gemini tools (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, Gemini App) is a

MUST . Strong training and instructional design skills; able to deliver clear, engaging presentations and documentation. Demonstrated success in user adoption and support strategies. Solid understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including end users and executive leadership. Resilient, calm, and solution-oriented in high-pressure or rapidly evolving situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly collaborative with a strong team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred. Experience in professional services or consulting environments is a plus.
