Your role involves understanding and solving content concerns, navigating legal frameworks, and enforcing policies to enhance internet safety and protect free speech. The Trust and Safety (T&S) Ads Account Takeover team aims to prevent damage to users and advertisers by deploying scalable protections and operational processes. You will work on defense-in-depth strategies to safeguard Google Ads accounts. Google strives to earn user trust daily. Our team combats abuse such as malware, spam, and account hijacking across Google’s products, working in over 40 languages to protect users, advertisers, and publishers globally. The US salary range for this full-time role is $126,000-$181,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Provide detailed qualitative and quantitative insights into the Ads account takeover landscape, improving data collection and quality measures. Design early warning systems for emerging threats based on attacker behavior research. Manage incident responses, especially severe cases, collaborating with partner teams. Coordinate with our vendor team in Hyderabad to scale operational protections, handle escalations, and improve tooling, providing necessary training.
