Position Summary

Walmart Creative Studio (WCS) is seeking a Manager, Creative (Senior Copywriter, XCat Style Campaigns) based in Los Angeles. This role involves developing concepts that span fashion, beauty, and home sectors, working closely with art directors and cross-functional teams to craft omnichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic, conceptually driven writer with experience in scriptwriting, storytelling, and multi-channel marketing, capable of transforming strategies into compelling brand messages. Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and storytelling for full-funnel campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, and retail channels. Support the creation of scripts, taglines, and seasonal lines to elevate Walmart Style. Maintain brand voice consistency and collaborate in brainstorming and production processes. Translate marketing insights into creative ideas aligned with business goals. Support pre and post-production phases, ensuring accurate copy execution. Work with teams to meet project milestones and manage multiple deliverables efficiently. Qualifications

5+ years of copywriting experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and multi-channel execution. Experience with digital video, social, site, and in-store campaigns. Excellent command of tone, grammar, and brand voice. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and proficiency in collaborative tools. Additional Details

Reporting to: Associate Creative Director, Copy (XCat Style). The annual salary range is $96,000 - $186,000, with additional bonuses and benefits. The role is located at 5404 Jandy Plc, Los Angeles, CA.
